The St. Germaine Sodality of JPII hosts the Cinderella Saint's Ball, Father-Daughter dance on Saturday, December 7 at St. John Paul II. Tickets are $10/family. The Giving Tree sponsored by the JPII Knight of Columbus will be decorated with ornaments to include the desired items of those in need. The tree will be in the vestibule November 23 through December 6. All gifts should be left unwrapped with the ornament attached. All gifts must be returned by Noon, Sunday, December 8. This event supports our sister parish, Holy Name of Jesus in KCK, El Centro, and Catholic Charities.

One of the five precepts of the Catholic Church is to confess your sins at least once a year. Experience the healing grace of the Sacrament of Reconciliation during this season of Advent. Several priest will be available to hear confessions.

The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception will be observed on December 9, 2024. This is a Holy Day of Obligation. Mass times are 7am and 6pm.

Visit Santa and enjoy a breakfast of pancakes and sausage served up by the Knights of Columbus after the 7:30 & 9:00am Mass. A free will offering will be accepted. All proceeds benefit the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids program.

The youth of our parish present the Nativity narrative with scripture and song.
