Our parish website includes a feature which allows you to set up withdrawals from your checking/savings account or credit card. These gifts can be applied to your regular operations and/or capital campaign pledges. One-time and recurring donations or payments can be set up. With a completed and signed authorization form, the Parish can initiate a withdrawal from your checking or savings account on a regular basis. We process automatic withdrawals on the business day closest to the 15th of each month and the last business day of the month. You can select one or both of these date options to donate toward your general operations and capital campaign pledges. If you are new to automatic withdrawals, please submit a voided check with a completed automatic withdrawal form found on the back on the capital campaign commitment form. This option allows you to give on a regular basis, even when you are on vacation or out of town, and has the least processing expense for the parish. Parishioners can recognize tax benefits from donating stock or mutual funds which have increased in value since their purchase. You can deduct the fair market value of qualified non-cash property and pay no capital gains tax on gifts of long-term appreciated property. You can gift all or any part of the shares owned. The parish provides offertory envelopes to every registered parishioner on a bi-monthly basis. Included in this packet will be a Capital Campaign Contribution envelope at the beginning of each month. Please make checks payable to St. John Paul II Parish.
